MISCELLANOUS STATISICS

Twelve marksmen have won both the Island Championship and the Grand Aggregate: Richard Perkins, Peter Jory, Tommy Henry, Nick Branch, Ian Donaldson, Alan Le Page, Bruce Parker, Reuben Ashplant, Adam Jory, Rob Waters, Charles Trotter and Alexander Stewart.

Of those twelve marksman, six have won both competitions in the same year, namely, Le Page in 1971, Henry in 1972, Perkins in 1991 and 1993, Donaldson in 1992, Branch in 2014, and Stewart in 2024.

Branch was 18 when he the first of his four Grand Aggregate wins in 2008, a year after winning the first of his six Island Championships at age 17, whilst Stewart was 18 when he won both events in 2024.

Geoff Martel has won the Grand Aggregate the most times without having won the Island Championship (4), while Philip Ogier has the most Island Championship titles without having won the Grand Aggregate (6).

Four marksmen (Richard Perkins, Ian Donaldson, Peter Jory, and Nick Branch) have won the Island Championship, the Guernsey Grand Aggregate, and the Channel Islands Championship. Donaldson is the only marksman to win all three in the same year, doing so in 1992.

Since the inaugural Spring Prize in 1989, Alexander Stewart is the only marksman to win the Island Championship, the Grand Aggregate and the Spring Prize in the same year, doing so in 2024, aged just 18.
