MOURANT
Open to members of the Guernsey Rifle Club shooting on behalf of a non-member. Distances: 500 and 600 yards. Number of shots: 2 sighting shots and 7 shots to count at each distance. First Prize: The BJ de G Mourant Challenge Trophy, a hallmarked silver cup first awarded in 1959. Special Rule: Competitors must nominate their score before shooting commences; points made above or below the nominated score will be deducted from the competitor’s final score. A tie for the first prize will be shot off on the spot.
